The French Bulldog Village is going GREEN!  Our Go-Green Frenchies bags are designed to replace plastic and paper bags.  The Go-Green Daisy Frenchie was designed and generously donated  to the French Bulldog Village by renowned Frenchie artist Linda McKee.  Buy our bags and not only will you be helping to save the environment, you'll be supporting your favorite cause, helping rescued French Bulldogs! Why waste a bunch of plastic bags at the show when you can take an environmentally friendly Frenchie shopping with you!  Stop by our booth first and pick up a bag to carry all of your goodies around and home from the show.  100% of the proceeds will benefit the Karen Krings Memorial Fund!

These bags are made from 100% polypropylene (PP or plastic #5). PP is recyclable, non-toxic, allergy-free, and non-reactive to human skin. It is often used for food containers, toothbrushes, and surgical fabrics. The bag is designed to last up to 2 years of weekly usage. You can machine wash the bags in cold water (line dry. A quick wash of the bottom stiffener is all the cleaning it usually needs. Many cities accept this kind of plastic in their recycling programs.

In every study, reusable bags are rated best for the environment. Like a hybrid car, our reusable PP bags take a little petroleum and go a long way. AND at $7.00 per bag, they are very affordable!

Plastic bags, like all plastic products, are made from petroleum. Americans use over 380 billion bags every year, throwing away millions of barrels of oil and destroying our environment. Paper bags do not biodegrade in landfills.

Estimates suggest that plastic grocery store type bags will remain intact for hundreds if not thousands of years. These bags not only mar the beauty of our surroundings, but pose a real threat to wild life too.  One study estimated that 100,000 marine animals are killed annually by plastic bags!
