Meet Dot

Dot is a breeder retiree whose breeder wants her to spend her retirement in a home where she doesn't have to share the spotlight with a bunch of pushy young "up and comers".  She is a quiet, affectionate, intelligent little dog, who likes nothing better than to follow her person around and stay close by her side.  She would be happiest as an only dog, as she doesn't really like to share her people or her food or toys with the other dogs in her current household, and will chase them away or growl or bark at them if they annoy her.  She lives with cats and gets along with them.  With her people, she is very responsive and very sweet, and she does like children.

She is crate trained and fairly reliably housebroken, but needs supervision.  Keep in mind that any dog in a new situation may have a few accidents until she learns her new schedule.  She walks very well on a leash.  She has had no health issues to date and is current on her veterinary care.

Dot needs a home where she can be the only dog, preferably with someone who is home a good part of the day. a quiet home without too many comings and goings and no doggie visitors.  Someone who works at home or who can bring her to work in a quiet environment would be great.  She does require an experienced dog owner, preferably someone with Frenchie experience, otherwise, she will very quickly take charge of the entire household, and manipulate it to her own ends.
