What’s this I hear? The Village Bus is preparing to roll out and Otis Too wants to hop on? Yes, it seems this adorabull guy is nearly ready to head out into the world.
Otis Too has not only slimmed down but perked up. His thyroid levels are stable and he is much more confident in everything he does. Once a grumbler, he now initiates play and gets along with everything he meets, even Squishy, the squirrel that his foster mom is currently rehabilitating.
Otis Too will be available for adoption on the website soon, so check back again. He needs a family to call his own. Could it be yours?

Otis Too has been blossoming under the watchful eye of his foster mom, veterinarian Lisa. She reports that he is doing very well for himself these days. He is down to 36.5 pounds and his waistline is starting to come in. He followed Lisa to work at the clinic this past weekend and was extremely responsive to whatever people asked him to do (for instance, waiting in the room instead of running down the hall). He is also becoming quite savvy in dog speak these days and makes friends wherever he goes. He does like to have his opinion heard while playing, but the other dogs ignore it as it is just Otis being Otis.
Both Lisa and Otis Too, along with Lisa’s Frenchie Kermit, will be at the Rescue Roundup in Flagstaff, AZ this Saturday. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and say hi. Otis Too would LOVE to meet you!
