Molly knows how to chill…

Have you met little Miss Molly O’Malley McGee? You haven’t? You should. She’s quite charming with her one blue eye and her one brown eye. Molly came to us back in March. She used to live in a commercial kennel in Tennessee and it did not seem like she had had much interaction with people. Life has changed though for Molly since coming to the Village. Here’s what her foster mom, Debby, reports:
Molly is making a little progress with letting us touch her. This morning for the very first time, she put her front paws on my chair to let me love on her! I was so excited that I yelled for David to look at her and she got scared and took off! However, she did come back later and I got to pet her. She really likes to be loved–but only on her terms. She is very playful and loves to play with our other Frenchie Mia! They run laps through the house, outside, then back through the house again. Molly also loves the little pool in our backyard. After running her laps, she will jump in the pool and flop down on her belly to cool off.
Molly is a very good eater–in fact, we have to be careful because she will eat anything! She is almost house broken and we are working on getting her leash trained. She’s not quite ready to get on the Bus yet, but we know she will make someone a wonderful companion someday!
